How do I return an item?

Provided that the item is:

  • Unworn
  • The tags are still attached
  • It is within 30 days of you receiving the item
  • And it's not a custom or bespoke item that was made specifically for you,

You're very welcome to return your item for a full refund.


For returns, we recommend that you use our Self-Serve Returns Portal:

*You'll require access to the email you used when you placed the original order. 

Using our Returns Portal alerts us to your return request and allows us to validate it.

(Alternatively, follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form that will have been included with your shipment, or you can send us an email at [email protected] to let us know your return plans.)

  • Please pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are sending from outside the UK, please ensure the customs paperwork is marked 'Return Goods' and the relevant boxes are ticked.

Where possible, please ensure that it is packaged to the same standard that it was sent to you, to ensure the item doesn't get damaged on its way back. Please pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To assure your refund for returned orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
