Can I exchange a product for one of a different size or a different price?

Yes of course! 

You're very welcome to exchange something provided that the item is:

  • Unworn
  • The tags are still attached
  • It is within 30 days of you receiving the item
  • It's not a custom or bespoke item that was made specifically for you

If you need to exchange an item for a similar item, you can either follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form that will have been included with your shipment, or you can send us an email at [email protected]

  • Please pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are sending from outside the UK, please ensure the customs paperwork is marked 'Exchange Goods' and the relevant boxes are ticked.

For exchanges we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Lastly, please ensure your exchange complies with our FAIR USE policy.
