We know the vast majority of you are wonderful and loyal Great Scot customers but sadly, there are a few people who are spoiling the fun.
For example, some people are ordering and returning large amounts of clothing - more than even the most loyal Great Scotter would order and some are wearing their Great Scot styles out and about, and then returning them later for a refund.
By cutting down on wasteful and unnecessary returns and to avoid the exploitation of our generous returns policy, we can maintain our great quality and service, do our bit to help manage our carbon emissions and of course, find ways to make your Great Scot experience even better!
So please don't worry, you can still buy more than one size or colour, and yes, you can make returns if you don't like something or it doesn't look or fit right. That's the nature of online shopping, right?
However, a customer can no longer buy and then wear clothes socially before sending them back and expecting to get a refund.
If we suspect that the lack of tags, make-up stains, perfume or cologne aroma and/or other evidence of the items being used points to this scenario, then we are sorry; in this case we will be unable to issue a refund.
