SELF-SERVE RETURNS

How to submit a return request using the Self-Serve system

1. Locate and click the 'Self-Serve Returns' link in the footer of any page on our site or at the bottom of this article.

2. Next you'll see an option to log in to your account:

- In the Email field, enter your email address (that you used to make the order), and then click Continue.

-In your email account, open the email sent from Great Scot and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to our online store, and enter the six-digit verification code. This will access your account details.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved, you'll receive an email telling you this along with further instructions. After the item(s) is returned, you'll receive your refund.

*Please ensure your return request complies with our RETURN CONDITIONS and also our FAIR-USE policy. Your return request will be automatically declined if these are not met.
