Will there be any delays to my orders following Brexit?
We are doing all we can to minimise any delays both from our European suppliers, and to our European customers, but sometimes some delays may occur. Please keep an eye on your tracking link for updates.
Will I be asked to pay additional VAT or duty charges upon receiving my parcel?
For customers in the UK: No, the price on our website will be your final cost. Goods bought directly from us have already been cleared of all international customs duties, so you will not be subject to any unexpected additional costs
For customers who reside outside of the UK: Some orders for international destinations may be subject to import duty charges and tax. Whilst not all orders will be affected, we cannot control these charges as it is your local government's tax regime that controls this. These costs must be paid (normally via the delivery courier) to your local Tax Authority so that your order can be released and delivered to you.
What happens to my returns after Brexit?
We will process both existing and future returns as normal and as swiftly as possible. If you are making a return from outside of the UK, then please ensure your package has the correct customs documentation, marked clearly as 'Return Goods'.
