All orders are processed automatically, and unfortunately, we are unable to adjust shipping times.
Please keep in mind that delivery dates and times cannot be selected ahead of time. Our carriers deliver packages Monday through Saturday during business hours and will make two delivery attempts.
If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
It is important therefore that you use your tracking code that is emailed to you at the time of despatch, using the email you used to order with, to follow your shipment's progress.
To re-ship the same item to you, payment will be required. Once an order has been placed, altering the shipping address is no longer possible. Due to Brexit, shipment times to international destinations may be subject to slight delays.
