Thank you for supporting this momentous and worthy project. Together with the Pink Ribbon Foundation, are so grateful to so many of you who have received and loved your Curaidh tartan so much so that you have gone on to purchase it again! Isn't it beautiful and so soft?

Your support has been such that we are now completing our 2nd and 3rd weaves.

Soon, we will be able to offer an immediate dispatch from stock.

Until then, you will have noticed that:

Your purchase was PRE-ORDER.
The item you purchased had your expected delivery date in its description. This is updated as each weave progresses.
Your check-out process required you to click on a PRE-ORDER button.
Your order confirmation confirmed that the item you purchased was PRE-ORDER
Your PRE-ORDER is despatched based on when you placed your order.

Please remember that traditional tartan (from yarn dying unique colours to weaving on traditional looms to expert finishing, mending, tailoring and shipping) cannot and must not be rushed.

We thank you in advance for your kind patience and understanding of this traditional process.

WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DESPATCHED:

You will receive a despatch confirmation email, including your tracking code. You can track your package in real time.

Please keep in mind that your chosen carrier is now responsible and will have its own shipping controls based on your location and the service that you chose at the checkout. Please consult your tracking code link since we have no other insight, intel or control other than this.

If you have a large/corporate order, you may well have been given a sooner/later date

If you need your items sooner, please get in touch with us; we will try our best to help.

If you wish to cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Stocks are limited, so as our eager waiting lists grow, we would happily refund you immediately and re-assign your item.

If you have ordered one Curaidh item and one non-Curaidh item, please keep in mind that to save postage, your items will be dispatched together once they are both ready.

If you need your non-Curaidh item immediately and to be shipped separately, please don't hesitate to let us know. However, postage will be charged on your second shipment.

The weaving of this tartan in all its styles/qualities is well underway now with looms up and down the country working all hours to produce it for you.
