How do I know that my order has gone through OK?
Here's a couple of useful points to remember:
- Everyone receives an order confirmation number via email after a successful checkout. So, if you have a five or six digit order number, this is your order confirmation.
- If you did not receive an order number in this way then there are two possibilities:
- The order did not successfully go through, or
- The order DID go through, but the email confirmation hasn't reached you.
- On the rare occasion one doesn't receive an order confirmation, invariably it is because the email address that you typed into your order has been miss-spelled and we couldn't know or change this because this input area is your part of the purchase contract.
- Do take a wee moment to check your JUNK FOLDER and also consider if the email that you entered may have been incorrect.
