What is a Special, Bespoke or Custom Order?
This is an order that is arranged directly with us either via our website, or via an appointment with us where we create an item for you that is outwith our normal ready-to-wear stock. You get to choose the measurements, heritage fabric and trims.
Understandably though, as a custom order is created specifically to your requirements, all custom clothing is strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not able to be modified. Modifications may be possible but this will be subject to an extra tailoring charge. But do not let this put you off; please ensure you read and explore the other 'Custom Item' topics here in the Help-Hub.
