How do I use a discount or promotional code on my order?
Promotional Code redemption is easy and seamless:
- Enter your Promotional Code on the Payment or Review Your Order pages. (Codes are case sensitive).
- Click "Apply".
- If your Promotional Code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary.
- Only one single discount code may be used per transaction; codes cannot be combined.
Can I use a discount code on a sale item?
Our customers already know that we run the best sales featuring fantastic discounts! Therefore additional discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced items.
- Unless specifically stated, codes are only applicable to full-price items.
- Codes cannot be applied to transactions retrospectively (*In exactly the same way that you wouldn't dream of trying to negotiate a discount at the filling station when the petrol price falls, the day after you filled your tank with fuel).
Please note: During our BLACK FRIDAY Sale period, all discount codes are invalid. Sale prices cannot be retroactively applied to goods purchased before the Sale nor after the Sale has ended.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if an unauthorised promotion code is used.
